We may actually need to talk about your stuff. My cams are Livernois Stage 3 NA. I believe yours were (sorry, ARE) more suited for supercharger use. My heads are the oversized Livernois already, which is what you were running, IIR. I believe I saw a FS add from you. I'll check it out.
I can ask about the cams and N/A. The heads are the stage 3 Livernois.
Really big ports and valves.

I don't want your cams to run NA, I want them if I add boost. I believe my Livernois heads are the same as yours started out as before your Dremel tool went crazy (in a good way of course). We can do this on a PM if you don't want to booger up your build thread. I'm willing to bet your cams have similar lift, a smaller LSA, and similar duration compared to my cams. My cam specs are the same as the 15+ pound supercharger cams with one degree more LSA (113 degrees), IIR. If you have the specs, I'd love to see them. I may just love to own them as well.

Now I'm feeling guilty. I hate that news. There is an add for an AIX car that is being parted out. You need the motor, and I need the tranny. Just a thought.

Sucks about the coyote.

But if you want to race, how about a real race motor? 374 ci of alum block ford

I have no idea how it would fit. But I'd rather make headers and motor mounts than an ecu harness.
To be honest, at the moment I am wondering if I even want to carry on....this has been way too frustrating and expensive.
I just spent 5000.00 on a motor and another 450.00 to find out it is junk.
Maybe I'll make somebody a hell of a deal on a super clean car less motor.
I hate to see my baby go, but I also hate to see it sit in my shop. Every. Damn. Day.

What about a Ford Performance crate motor? Warranty and they make a low compression one for blowers.
Man I really hope you can pull something together, always enjoy reading your stuff.
Thank you.
I am actually looking at them now.
The one I want is the monster 580 hp 5.2 liter but it is about 18 grand.
The gen 2 coyote motor (M50A) I have been told is not available from Ford anymore but they make a gen 1 w/gen 2 heads that is still available (M50A1).
The gen 2 motor is still shown on some websites as out of stock but they say they will ship on whatever date. I need to verify if this is accurate information.

Regardless, if I spend another 15000.00+ upgrading to this stock motor with all the necessary changes needed to accommodate it, I will have successfully transformed my 2006 into a stock 2012 Mustang GT with better tail lights.
There are a zillion Coyote s197's out there, and the uniqueness of Hier Frankenstang will cease to exist.

Man, if you do the 5.2 swap that'd be awesome, but that's a helluva pricetag. Don't give up on it. What about an ecoboost? I don't know, just brainstorming on ways to keep it unique.
