Well that video that was floating around showing 3 of them pounding around a road course was certainly interesting. One of those cars the guy driving it was hounding the hell right out of it for sure. I guess we will find out in the fullness of time.

In the V6L
So the post about the spoiler got me wondering about the three cars in the video, so I went back to it and watched it again. Didn't learn much about the spoilers - two CF wings and a "spwing". BUT what did catch my attention this time through was the black GT350 shifting along the back section of the track. Listen to the shifts from 2:00 to 2:12 and again at 3:29 through 3:38. Feel free to try to convince me that that car doesn't have a DCT in it. The white car clearly doesn't, but the black one sure sounds like it.

After doing some CSI zoom enhancing on a still from the video it looks like its another gt500 (Has same hood, bumper and wang) and that the white car is the only gt350 in this session. although I wouldn't be opposed to a gt350 with a dct...

Sadly, I think you're right - it has that vacuum cleaner unleashed sound on the front straight and the CPC V8 sound on the back section. Oh well, the dream was nice while it lasted...
