One wheel sticking out more than the other

This has really thrown me a curve ball. After installing the AST 5200's I was test fitting the 10.5' bbs 302S wheels when I noticed the passenger side front wheel sticks out quite a bit more than the driver side. I measured all of the offsets on the wheels and they are all the same, also both camber plates are at the same setting. Ive tried a 3/4in spacer and 12mm. How can I adjust this?

Are those measurements with or without spacers?

Have you measured wheel cambers directly, on a surface that's level at least side to side?

At 3/8" difference, your case differs by more than mine (1/8") or the 1/4" somebody somewhere else was unhappy with.

The measurements are with 12mm spacers. Both camber plates have been set to the same setting but i have not measured wheel camber in any other way.

Check out my "alignment issue thread"

I recently realized i have the same situation as you occurring where one wheel sticks out further and the other is more recessed. I had to completely jack with my camber plates in order to achieve even alignment side to side per the details in my thread.

Have you gotten it aligned yet? I bet you run into the same issue i did having non even camber plate settings in order to reach an even alignment(in my case one plate was maxed out in the positive direction and the other plate maxed out in the negative direction). Have you or has anyone ever removed your subframe and reinstalled?

The only reasonable conclusion i can come to at this time is that my kmember has shifted. I wouldn't be surprised if you eventually come to the same conclusion.

*on page 2 of my thread a dude mentions how to tell if your k member is aligned*

Just read up on your thread. Have you determined that it is indeed the K member? I went off track about a year ago which may have caused a shift but I didn’t notice any of the problems I’m seeing now until I tried putting the new wheels on

Just updating this thread for posterity sake and for some poor sole who eventually needs this info searching years down the line, my K Member was indeed mis aligned and realigning solved my problems 100%. Cheers all.

Your going to have to cut the shock tower to accommodate the camber plates so they can be adjusted more.DEE95289-607F-4EEC-BBB6-AA23CB6F36EC.jpeg

Check 2 things first, 1, just for the heck of it, the wheel offset, in case somebody boxed them wrong at the factory, and 2, find a midpoint on your chassis (this may take some doing) and measure outward from there, DO NOT use the fender edge as a criteria for whether or not the tire sticks out too far.
