Working on the bumper covers. Found some ultra cheapo paint on Ebay, for $117, ( so it's real, real cheap). But in this case, I pulled a swerve, basically enamel paint is a mechanical adherence proposition, lacquer is a chemical bond. So everything was sanded, but to hedge my bet, and since the covers are flexible, instead of using the enamel reducer/ hardener, I used an old painter's trick of mixing it with lacquer thinner to improve the adherence qualities.
