    MT82 Ford Transmision cooler?

If running on a hot day (like here in Tx) with track surface temps about 120 and those big cats red hot on either side of the trans any extra cooling air is the smart play.

How I love watching the Bathurst 12 Hour

Yes indeed those boys down under take their racing seriously and that track is really something!

    MT82 Ford Transmision cooler?

It was std on 12/13 Boss LS. I have one on my Boss (2012) Its little different design from the SN550 type. Getting extra cooling air is always a good thing.

WTB: Tires for stock boss wheels

Well not sure what your budget is but Continental ExtremeContact Sport is a great tire and about 60/per tire cheaper than the Pilot Sport Cup. I just replaced my 7 year old (26kmiles) PZero's with Firestone Indy 500 Firehawk which got good reviews: I like them and they are about $900. a set...

Aussie Super Car Mustang build-Kelly Racing

Interesting info about those Ford/ NASCAR Heads and the Ford Racing boss 302 block modifications. I knew about extra machine work recommended on those blocks and the roller cam bearings but the changes to the lifter bores was news to me

    Ford Extended Service Plan Anyone?

I have one from aftermarket company for 84 Mo from plan sign up date or 75k miles. $100 deductible per claim. covers everything except clutch/cat's. Still have a year left and well worth the $$ if I should ever need it.

    Rolex 24

Exactly, but its more like who pumps the most $$ into the series. Toyota pumps big $ into NASCAR over the last several years and the results are obvious. GM with LMP team with Cadillac stickers and the debut of C8 in GTLM both of which see other brand teams get last min restrictions looks like...

    Rolex 24

As expected with Corvette team. Actually if they IMSA were to apply strict Homologation rules then with an basic engine design that not available to public (as all the other GTLM entries are) Corvette should not be in GTLM at all.

    Oil's ?

Does anyone think the "Driven" FR50 brand of oil marketed by JGR is really just for the 5.0 and worth $13/Qt? JGR like AMSOIL and some others actually have no production capability for any oils or lubricants. The just specify base stocks POA and additives like Lubrizol and other chemicals...

Favorite way to compress a McPherson strut?

Agreed, most of their stuff is such poor "made somewhere else" quality. I had a 3/8th drive ext just twist and come apart with maybe 10ftlbs. Checked it at work, poor material and heat treat surface was hard middle was "O" condition soft.
