Well if your looking for a investment car then pass on that one, but if your looking for a fun "use it like its was meant to be" car then could be a good deal. I know of one that is in the "use it" mode. Only issues are fuel cell (most replace with stock Cobra tank for non race use) and the cost of any unique R parts.
