Just wanted to pass along some current, relevant and factual information once again.....just received my Rail Car Number today Monday 4/16/12 !!!!!

My vehicle was built on 3/13/12 indicating that at least some of the 400 plus Boss's stationed at Ramp 51 are starting to be released and shipped.

This should put everyone's mind at ease and end all the conjecture, misinformation and guessing.

Dealers should have access to your vehicles Rail Car number for tracking when available.

( And no I don't work for Ford )

For those of you (like me) had there cars built earliest, word is they will be last to ship. They line them up next to the fence as they are produced, requiring the cars closer in to ship first to get to the earliest built cars.

I never get tired of driving it!
Mine was built 2/29 and on ramp 5p for shipping. JMBoss302 checked and it says 4 days transit. I live in Michigan and my dealer is an hour from the plant. Hoping this Thursday.

Maybe its my car in this video. SBY http://youtu.be/LxeZkjFEAw4

Rumor? ::) ::)

This is what a dealer order specialist told me. He's been in the business since before cars even came with prices on them (dealer set any price they wanted). Most obvious case of it happening was the Expedition seat supplier strike that resulted in a ton of Expeditions being build without seats. I only share this for others, take it or leave it. Its not a rumor, its the order specialist's opinion and I have no way to validate it either way.

Rumor - A piece of unverified information of uncertain origin usually spread by word of mouth.

All I am saying is that it helps to mention the source of the information at the time a statement is made, as you have in your response, so that we all know how accurate the statemet is. From there we can determine for ourselves the level of the importance or integrity of the statement. Thanks for your response.
