I was running nitrous in my car, wire accidently touched positive on battery and power steering went out, what can It be.

Is it throwing any kind of code? I would start with checking the fuses for the electric power steering. Then check the wires leading to it and make sure you didn't burn anything. If it shorted out the EPS unit they are available, but kind of a pain to change out.
