I'm looking to somewhat increase legitimate downforce on my 2017 GT350.

Are there any gurney flaps available that can be added to the existing spoiler that will do this?

I was going to pair this with a GT350R front splitter.

I am considering this route as a simpler diy and budget minded solution. Otherwise, I was gonna go all in and speak with Kohr Motorsports about bolting the FP350S or GT4 front bumper and rear trunk lid (with associated aero bits) onto the GT350.

This my concern as well. I am looking for something functional.

The 19 spoiler may be the ticket, particularly if it uses the same mounting points. But I am also mindful of aero front/rear balance.

My piecemeal approach isn't ideal. May just have to pony up the funds for a complete aero package...

I hear you there. I'm going with springs and sway bar first. Then i plan to add the OEM R splitter and the 19 wing with the gurney once available.

This is yet another mention of springs and sways. Does the GT350 need it shuffling at 8 to 9 tenths on track? I'm no Randy Pobst, but I felt body control was pretty good at Summit Point Main last weekend. Some prepped M3s and Caymans were tripodding some corners while my GT350 stay pretty flat. I can confirm this because there was a photographer there snapping sequence pics.

Would you do the springs and sways purely to support the increased downforce?

There's some roll to them for sure. On the track i drive it felt a little soft and i'd just like to tighten it up a little. Once i add stickier tires to my apex wheels the roll with even more apparent. Now it's aligned properly i didn't get as much under-steer as i previously did with it bone stock. That's was a huge plus but as stated once it's aligned properly and pushing hard as confidence inspiring as these cars are my only complaint was it's a little soft on turn-in and mid corner.

As for my aero plan that's mainly for COTA as it's local to me. I'm sure it helps just not 100% on how much.

I did mine because it’s a GT350 and not the R which had a bit better spring and sway setup. I did the FP springs last year and just added the FP sways. Better than the GT350 stock ones

much obliged for your observations and experiences, gentlemen.

how much stiffer ride quality did the FP springs and sways add?

and do you guys think the DSC Sport control box would provide a similar sort of body control that the springs/sways provide? Since as i understand it, would give a more controlled but wider effective range of the stock MR dampers.

Ride with the springs has been fine. Magnaride in normal mode doesn’t feel much stiffer. Not bouncy. In sport mode it still feels fine to me. Adding the sways I didn’t notice anything adverse on the street. First track day with them is tomorrow.
