The photoshop of the two views is pretty down-n-dirty. There's just so much wrong with the photoshop work and the super low res pics and odd sizes are big hallmarks of PS work.FWIW, I think it's real. We know that the dealer event happened and the original poster had two pics from slightly different angles which seems like a lot of unnecessary work if it was a photoshop. The overhead shot was from the cover of Motortrend or Road and Track a few months ago I believe.
Even if you don't believe me, two points tell you it's fake. First is that Ford *never* shows dealers new stuff this way...certainly not weeks before the LA Auto show. Second is that the 2020 cars won't have the old 2015 S550 headlamps.
I don't deny that the car might have details like what's been added digitally. Lots of people would have already seen potential design elements and somebody with access could easily describe or sketch such details.
