I tried a previous post with a photo but I don't have any on a site that will allow me to share. As soon as I get some time, I'll get some up (not really good ones at this point). I just wanted to share with like minded folks!!!! TORQUE MONSTER LIVES HERE!!!!

Just wanted to let everyone know, this site provided great info (warning I'll be asking a ton of ?'s) and I'm very pleased to have # 2372 in the garage. I've put 380 miles on this puppy in less than 24 hrs. Been a great way to close out the old and bring in the new year.

I'm a TRACK JUNKIE so this will be a different beast. My trade was a 07 MCS (don't laugh, I've crawled up exhaust of much higher priced & powered cars), heavily modded, that was my DD & Track Toy. I went to MCS from a C-5 and a 996tt (still have this puppy) prior to this, a Porche 944 Turbo (951) and a 85 Mustang GT. Also a 914 2.0 that was mainly an Autocross toy.

Any people up in the Seattle or Portland area? Meet one guy on this forum that is waiting on a Boss. Any others?

There are some track events at Thunderhill mid Feb.. Trying to get additional info so a couple of us from the PNW may be coming to visit. It will be my first Boss outing and Thunderhill has plenty of run off so it may be a good choice of track for it's debut.

Cheers!

Congratulations. Let me know if you need any help with posting photos. I was looking at the HOD calendar earlier today and noticed the 2/18 date but I'll probably go on Sunday 3/18. Maybe we'll meet up sometime. I'll definitely be there on April 29th with the NorCal Shelby club.

Congrats and welcome ! Like Blazin' said, just upload your photos (free) to http://photobucket.com/. Once you get a photo uploaded to an album (I keep all mustang pics in one distinct album, you can make multiple for other pics if you wish) you will see 4 links displayed when you mouse over the thumbnail of the pics. The fourth one on the bottom, when clicked, will copy the image tag ("<img>') to your clipboard on your PC. Just paste the same string right into your message and the pic will be displayed when your post is displayed.

Good Luck !

Hope to get some decent weather to take some better pictures but afterall it's Seattle and I've been too busy driving it.

Will try to get Trackey programmed this week.

Been reading about engine temps. Plugged in my Scan Gauge & temps running between 197 & 210. Highest I saw was 210 (backroad cruising) ambient temp ranged from 47 to 55 with incoming air usually between 5 to 10 degress warmer. Not bad, but no extended hard running. With our temps in Seattle, may not need to worry on track but ORP during the summer can get HOT.

Can't remember whose car, but someone modified their stock grill by cutting the fog light openings and putting webbing behind it to prevent debris. What type of webbing was used? Debating doing this our buying a different grill.

First mods will be brake cooling kit. Not sure if I need the tranny scope.

Cheers!

See my post on the 302S grille. Lots of other options there too. I would do the tranny cooler also. FRPP is coming out with an additional oil cooler u want to be on lookout for.

Congrats,
I finnally got mine #2546.
Congratulations. How long did you wait for yours? Over a year???
Well sort of,
I had ordered 2 in the begining from 2 differant dealers then backed out when I was able to get a 2011 GT500 AT Invoice. So fast forward to last week and I found a dealer who had a BOSS that did not have a mark up. I contaceted the internet sales manager and said I was a serious buyer and I would be there to put a deal together on the 30th. I was in and out in 2 hours and now have a Boss 302 to go with my GT500. I feel likea little kid at Christmas. ;D

Congrats on the Race Red Boss!
Best color, but I'm biased.
Even got to take mine for a couple short trips down the country hardtop road today, in SD.
