$261 to install TracKey? Seriously?

It looks like we have it resolved. The manager I spoke with called back and he said someone in the service department called Ford and Ford said to allow 3 to 4 hours to install the TracKey if you haven't done it before, since they may have to walk you thru it. So that person interpreted it to mean it would take 3 to 4 hours labor. They agreed to do it for an hour.
