I have a 4.6 F150...errr I meant Mustang, 3 valve with 165K on it and I want to do the timing chains. I'm looking for a 3 valve cam holder so that I won't have to remove the cam followers from #1,4,5 and 8 cylinders to keep the cams from moving. I've found tools for the 2 cam and 4 cam cars but nothing for the 3 valvers. In the old SOHC cars there was enough room between lobes to use 4 vise grips to hold them (redneck style) which works great, BTW, but there is not enough room on the 3valve cars. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Lol. I was gonna say ‘big - - - crescent?’ But I’ve only worked on modular 2 and 4 valve mod motors. So no help, but I’m curious what the solution is.
