So Whiteline's instructions say 129lb/ft for the control arm nylock nuts. What do you think the reasonable limit is? I'm pretty sure Whiteline just went through and copied the torque values from the Ford service manuals.

I'm only asking because I have the LCA, UCA, relocation brackets and panhard bar sitting on my living room floor at the moment.

For the adjustable LCAs, are you guys keeping the lower control arm parallel? I have cortex adj LCAs and relo brkts and it seems like the bottom hole angles the arms downward way too much on the relo brkt. I have hotchkis springs, but this bottom hole may be more for coilovers. I want to switch to the top hole on the brackets. What do you guys think?

You have the right idea by running the LCA relo's at the highest hole (closest to the axle) if you are looking to do road course duty.
Having the LCA's angled severely loads up a lot of anti squat, which is good for traction and launches, but also causes weight jacking under braking (lifting the rear end up). The angle of the arms also contribute to roll steer, where the steeper the angle (lower LCA hole), the more roll oversteer you'll have (the rear axle will steer opposite to the fronts at a given range of suspension loading).
