Too small, needs to be bigger than my old wing

I think I like the NASCAR one the best, but I'm worried it might actually create downforce and affect the balance.

The TR wing has a lot more surface area than the one you posted although it doesn't sit as high. My understanding is the wing has been tested and provides more downforce than the LS and less then the G-Stream so it's functional.

Which Nascar spoiler are you talking about? If you mean the GT500 spoiler it provides a little bit less downforce than the LS. For most of us neither is going to upset the balance enough to worry about it.

Oh, and YOU'RE stopping in 11 days ?? ?? ?? ??

Someone call FRPP, American Muscle, CJ Pony, Steeda, MGW, MAx Motorsports, etc., etc. and tell them they should all just close up shop now cause Gary is officially going cold turkey in 11 days :D

(You do realize this is just good therapy for my own sickness, don't you ? )

Made by RTR, I think I like that it is the opposite of the one on my old car, which I always wanted to shave but never got around to it.

Now you're RATIONALIZING :D
 
Based on looking at it and my having once (actually never) stayed at a holiday express, I would say it gives as much as the LS wing. Anything low is not going to give a ton. I doubt it gives enough to upset the balance even at max speed, and it could always be accounted for with other settings. I will probably eventually get it, it is either that or the GT500 wing since I don't want to drill more holes.


Needs a Gurney flap though.

As I said, I had that obnoxious wing for years on my old car so I don't want anything too wild.

Get the GT500 paint it black and paint the Gurney flap white. 8) Similar to this one.
