Looked back through a few years and didn’t see anything like this. We do it on VMF. Pretty good way to share recipes and such. Jump in if you like.

I overcooked this somewhat for my liking, but since I was sharing with Holly it was a bit of a sacrifice for me.

Here’s my wife’s favorite side that I make with pork tenderloin. She calls them “magic potatoes”. I make mashed potatoes, but when I mash them I mash in caramelized onions, heavy cream, jack cheese, butter, and s&p. Fill a ramekin and top with mild cheddar, bake until toasty.
