I have to fire up my smoker. Haven’t used it yet this year.
looks good Mark
Try this sauce recipe ( only as a guide). Easy and quick. Throw it all in a pot mix and cook down on simmer for about 20 min stirring. Make sure it's covered. The bubbling will shoot sauce everywhere. Added a 1/2 tsp of ancho chili powder for a little extra depth. Couldn't find my liquid smoke but didn't need since the ribs were smoked.Screenshot_20230615_095120_Firefox.jpg

Seriously, with all the supposed health benefits of Elderberry juice , you should be one of the healthy Trackrats around?

Darn birds!! Have a great big cherry tree and have not tasted one for about 10 years. The birds get them all. They pass the word around and arrive in a great big flock, cleaning out the tree in a day.

Must be about a hundred or so of these stylish thieves. And on top of it all, they are like a Cuckoo, laying their eggs in other birds nests. Good for nothing socialists!!

Those flying rats! I was going to get one of these or something like. The one review said it stopped birds from nesting on porch fan. Might be worth a shot.

Oddly enough its a cut of beef that has arrived decently. They call it Corte American LOL,, American Cut..... Its part rib. But this cow comes from Brazil and it looks like it might be a Wagyu type beasty as its much more marbled then the usual beef you see here., Its about US$5.50 a Lbs!!!!
