APEX Customer Spotlight: Chris Wynne’s Mustang Race Car

Chris is the prime example of determination and never giving up. While he currently is sitting atop the standings in NASA Arizona in ST2 class, the road to this point has not been easy. Nobody punishes equipment quite like Chris, therefore the aftermarket performance parts he incorporated into his build were carefully chosen to ensure quality and durability.

Starting life as a 2011 Mustang GT with Brembo brakes, the car progressively transformed into the impressive machine you see today. He followed the route many enthusiasts take by doing the basic things first, but springs, dampers, and tires can only get you so far. With motorsports being a passion of his, he took the plunge and his Mustang now sports one of the most impressive mod lists to date.

The 50 car is amazing machine. Driver is just as good. Chris was on a roll before a thing called summer hit in Az. Cant wait till summer is over and track season fires up for us in the southwest. I enjoy lending a hand on this car for Chris has the drive and perseverance of a champ. Proud of you CW. Most guys would have said f*&k it when you didn't! Big Ups man!

I followed your build thread over the years--yep, you overcame more obstacles than most people would.
