You’ve asked for it and it’s happening. I’m developing a mean pair of functional canards for the 13-14 Mustangs. These will be comparable in size to what I currently offer for the S550 GT350 platform. Pricing will be roughly the same too. High 3’s to mid 4’s. These canards will he developed using Practical Aerodynamic Design Principles.

The sticking point for all previous canard designs for the 13-14 is the amber side marker that prominently placed in the most opportune section of the fascia for a canard. My solution, just integrate a carbon fiber blank off panel into the canard and carry on with the design. Race cars don’t need side markers. If for some reason, you need to have the side marker, I will provide amber reflective decals.

These will be run in smaller batches. I currently run batches of a dozen with the GT350 canards. These will most likely be done in runs of 2 to 3 pairs. @Oxford5pointoh has a deposit down for the first pair. Similar to the other canards, gloss or matte and with and without winglets. As always, I appreciate your questions or input.

Quick status update on the canards. The R&D fascia was delivered earlier this week. It's already off for 3D scanning. Once scanned, I can get the 3D file into Solidworks and begin developing the canard design and incorporate the flush carbon fiber reflector delete. There will essentially be four parts to each canard kit. The blank offs and the canards themselves. If I can pull off what I see in my minds eye, these canards will have amazing function, as well as killer aesthetics. The reflector being eliminated as a limiting factor for design is just a game changer. Next update will be a rendering of the CAD design. Stay tuned!
