Just confirmed that this part from the MCA V6 billet grille
BR3Z-8A224-A
is the same and will work on the Boss grille if you remove it from the plastic backing/adapter that fits it to the billet grille. Currently retails for around $52. Got lucky and found one for $23 on clearance. The two parts separated pretty easily without damaging the adhesive layer.
The Boss part is:
8R3Z-16228-A
Used to retail for about $68 and now typically retails for over $90. Which is just ridiculous, IMO. I hope this helps somebody when these parts start running out.
