Boss 302S air to air oil cooler added capacity

Guys,
I'm about to install a FRPP M-6642-MBA air to air oil cooler and was wondering if anyone knows how much additional oil is required? Stock capacity is 8.5QTS; What will be the new fill amount? 9QTS? If any one knows, that would save me some time. Much appreciated.

Less than one quart from what I recall. You can fill with 8.5, start the car and let it idle up to temp... then follow your normal oil-checking procedure and fill to the line.

Yes, it's about half a quart. I always fill about 1/2 - 1 quart above the line. Helps with cooling, no risk of oil starvation at high g's and cheaper than a race oil pan

Don't be alarmed if the car "farts" a few seconds after the first time you fire it up after install. Gotta purge the air from those lines and cooler somehow...
