Dealer is picking up the car and is not paying for it until they get the title from the bank,but will have paper work showing what they owe me after they get clear title from bank is this ok.

When I sold my 350z under the same circumstances, the dealer sent what was owed to the bank directly to pay off the loan. Then once I got the title and signed it over, they cut me a check for the remainder. Good luck.
