I fell in love with this gt500 at our local dealer really because its fast well faster then the boss I was thinking instead of replacing my boss the car I love soo much why not just add a supercharger? I am considering one for my close future anyone whom has done this please give me a review of yours and the costs?

I was looking at -

I do want an intercooled one for sure.

Save the dawn for your dishes!!!
Well if I was to add a supercharger to my boss it would be one of the following.
3.6L kenne bell Liquid cooled. half way down the page is a boss dyno comparison

procharger

but if I was going to do anything like that I would more than likely go twin turbo

I do like the procharger but one thing I do want to do is keep the heat off the engine that turbo kit lookes pretty good but I do not care for turbo

so you want a centrifugal type super charger then? vortech makes a nice one as well

you would need this adapter

This system looks good but it does say for 2011 mustang and up the boss is different. However I have found a few for the boss and they all look pretty good I was thinking of contacting paxton to see what they have this would sure change the car in a good way ;D

VMP is running their blower on their 12 Boss, they made around 824RWHP... of course the dialed it down for track use. After talking with Justin he has stated of having no heat issues. Pro chargers have been having issues with their MAF setup and back pressure, Kenne bell would be the worst blower to put on these cars as they use a billet head unit which heats WAY to fast.

I'm running a 2.8 kenne bell on my 2012 LS. During normal driving conditions my temp stays around 200, when i'm playing my temp rarely exceeds 210. I also have the MMR cooling mod. If you want serious HP supercharge it. Just to mention so far so good with stock tranny and clutch.

Domestic Product

Big fat tires and everything !

Love the GT500s. Went back and forth on the Shelby verses the Boss. For what I do with the car the Boss is a better fit. Why not just trade in your Boss on a 2013 GT500 and be done?
