Boss versus Shelby Launch Control

I found this article interesting. I know that the 2012 Track Key software won't work on the 2013 Boss. I wonder if the 13 Boss has Traction Control Enabled like the Shelby.

I would certainly like to have the ability to turn it on and off like the GT500 will have.
