I think I would be a little upset that my $2 million car got totally destroyed by a $120,000 car!
That's like getting beat in the Boss by a smart car or a Prius lol

Google "fastest laps laguna seca" and it should be the first link that shows up.

Different driver different time. Not sure why they don't just drop the slower time. I would understand if it was a different MY with driveline changes

I had a Smart pass me on the highway... but it had a 10" fart can on it, vortex generators and a racing stripe ::)

Not that close to the latest version of the GT-R.

I just looked at the THill times, and those are some OLD records.

I'm getting close to 2:10 on a really good lap there in the E30, my friend in the GT3RS had a best of 2:14 on his lap timer and I was walking away from him in the Boss. Rick, we need to set some new "records" and submit them ;D

I can't wait for some actual track videos as well. Here is some 1/4 mile passes. Which personally, I don't see how any ZL1 can brag with these times, being boosted with Gas Guzzzzzler taxes. :-X

Just FYI for the bench racers......

LS - Hoosier R6 with fronts being 235....got them for free! Messed up brake pads and one piece rotors. Everything else stock with all the LS bolt on pieces and setup according to the Boss supplement for the track.

GTR - stock everything......which is still pretty damn good, not the same as the stock Boss stuff

I was .6 seconds faster at Roebling Road in MY LS (and had a passenger) over MY GT-R....

I love my Boss!

Too swift arrives as tardy as too slow
The GT-R is a monster, no doubt. It can go head to head with some of the world's best. That said, I wonder if it's as rewarding to drive as the Boss. It's a heavy car, with lots of mechanical and electronic wizardry contributing to its admittedly mind-blowing speed. While it'd be a blast to drive something that damn fast, the Boss offers such a pure, visceral driving experience...

There are other cars in the $100k range I'd choose over the GT-R, though I certainly respect it.
