Areospace 303 is great protectant as far as UV. I do not know of any product that can hide the superficial swirls. There is a site that has the decals much cheaper but cannot remember at this time. Maybe someone will post.
 
What products can be used to protect the black plastic rear lower bumper, rocker panels, and lower valence/front diffuser? These areas will definately fade and become dull over time with exposure to the sun.

Mother's Back to Black works great on those things.
