Hey Boss2511 to far of a drive for me, but you mention the zaino treatment, I have heard of this product, is it really worth it? There is a wax thread that I should use, for my black Boss what product from them should I use? Have a great weekend

I never get tired of driving it!
I Googled "Zaino Treatment" and found their site. The testamonials are excellent. I will probably give it a go on mine (when it gets here).

Well I have used zaino for about 2 years now. its is great as far as very easy to apply and remove and maintain. what it will not do is take care of a badly swirled or scratched up car. it does hide minor swirls etc but its by no means a miracle product. I really love that everything they use smells so good that I want to eat it. it does last and last and with zfx you can do three layers a day. I plan to do there ultimate treatment. which is:
1. wash car with dawn (yeah I know but you have to get all the old stuff off cause other wise it wont bond right)
2. clay bar
3. wash car
4 Z-AIO
5 Z-6 Wipe down
6. First layer of z-5
7. remove layer then a wipe down with z-6
8. another layer of z-5
8. remove layer then a wipe down with z-6
9. layer of z-2
10 remove layer then a wipe down with z-6
11. layer of Z-CS
12. Wait an hour wipe down with Z-8
That whole process depending on air temp and humidity can be done in about 6-8 hours. and I remove each wheel and do those as well.
Tools I use to aid in drying....leaf blower. gets all the water out of its hiding spots. makes drying wheels really easy. Then open doors and trunk dry with towels also make sure to apply the products at least the Z-cs in those areas (z-cs can go over plastic and glass)

There are many little steps that I leave out like how I detail the engine and interior but you get the idea.

if you need any advice on its use just let me know. it takes a while to re adjust to the amount to use which is very little.

oh and I cant stress how important it is to have good quality micro fiber towels.
http://www.griotsgarage.com/product/micro+fiber+car+wash+cloths+set+of+3.do?sortby=ourPicks&from=Search
these are great for on a budget
these are better if you have the money
http://www.adamspolishes.com/p-494-adams-double-soft-microfiber-towel.aspx
at a min you should have ten of either one.
best drying towel that is good on your paint
http://www.adamspolishes.com/p-106-adams-great-white-microfiber-drying-towel.aspx
you will need at least two

so as you can see this "hobby" can start to get real expensive. I try to offset the cost by doing other people's cars for 150 for the above mentioned process.
