Must be fun!!

Well everyone thinks racing is a big party where everybody sits around drinking champagne.. it's not. Fortunately my wife came to a few races and cooked for the team a couple of times. One of her girlfriends questioned if I ever had any extracurricular activities at the races. My wife just laughed..' They work, they sleep that's all the time they have'. I think that's why we have trouble finding people to work, everyone wants to work for a race team..until they do it. Joe and AJ have surrounded themselves with a great core group of people, but it's taken years for them to do it. Newbs usually don't last long.

Just being close to the action and hearing the sounds of performance cars at the track should be tempting enough. But youngsters are not like they used to be. I run a mine down here in Chile and usually have to go through at least 5 people to get one thats worth keeping. Takes a long time to build a good team. Obviously you guys have a great team judging by the results.
