Clutch master cylinder fasteners - one of those mystery parts

During my conversion to a racecar, we lost the original fasteners to the clutch master cyl (see below, part #1 in the diagram)

They appear to be a part of the pedal assembly and not sold separately. I don't remember what we used in its place, but I remember the fit was less than idea.

Does anyone know either a part number or a pitch/side/length under head and head type of the bolt? i'm replacing my slave due to leaking (its had a number of difficult clutches to drive over an 80k mile life), and thought now would be a good time to order proper fasteners (I'm somewhat A-R about making sure all the parts on the car are OEM level quality)
