Concave and other wheels specs / recommendations

Hello,

I am looking into buying some Forgestar wheels. Can anyone on here explain to me concave and other wheel specs / personal recommendations. I am not dead set on Forgestar wheels just no I can get them shipped for free. Thanks for your previous tire posts they helped me make narrow down my selection.

Also, does anyone own the Forgestar CF5 or F14 and is there any significant performance differences? Lastly, how does the finish difference between piano black and matte black match up with the boss stripes?

I have owned both the F14 and CF5. I like the looks of the CF5 better than the F14, but whether in 18" or 19" the F14 is a little bit lighter. Mine were/are in matte black. I would think matte black would match the 2013 stripe better. I had both sets for sale in the "for sale" forum, just the F14's are left if you want to see what matte looks like. I ordered new Forgestar F14's in 11x18 today (due to them being lighter), but I had just heard that they will not be ready to ship until the end of April. Ouch! They are going to check to see if CF5's would ship sooner.

I have a set of 18x10 F14's, which I believe fall in Forgestar's concave category. I bought the wheels for tracking purposes and it has served me well so far.
I really like the way the wheels look, and they're not hard to clean as well. Other than that, don't forget to pick up a set of aftermarket lugnuts, as the stock ones may not fit.

I run the Forgestar CF5's in a staggered set up and they work well. I stuck with the OEM 19" Diameter...9" Fronts and 10" rears: They are much lighter than stock and reasonably priced...
