Converting a GT350 to GT350R

You have the main items. In addition to no trunk trim/carpet, the R has these trunk supports to (I believe) absorb the downforce from the wing:

Also the R has a smaller radiator grille opening, to reduce lift.

You have a part number for the rear deck lid supports? I tried over a year ago to get them with no luck.

Yeah.
I removed all the trunk junk and trim / liners 2 years ago when I installed the R rear seat delete before ford performance even offered the R rear seat delete as a kit. Paid through the nose at the time to get it also ($2100.00).
I couldn't find a part number for the deck lid supports (bumpers) anywhere.

I don't have the part number. Couldn't find them on line -- moved the old ones from Wally on to the Race car. They are riveted on.

I believe you're missing the shocks. The R has a different part number for its shocks that accounts for a smaller (I think) diameter valve. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes -- good catch. Plus revised Controller calibration, I believe.

The R dampers do have smaller “slot gaps”. It’s the slots that get magnetized and stiffen the MR fluid.

Trunk lid bumpers...just need depth measurements, a couple of hockey pucks, 4 rivnuts and a carpenters hacksaw (or equivalent).

Should be an easy fab.
