Coolant ?

I am installing a coolant temp sensor in the block so I bought a gallon of the coolant that our owners manual states in case I lose some. (c3-b) orange in color. Now here goes the part I don't understand. The coolant in the car is pink in color. Are they compatible ?

I own 4 Fords 2 being green antifreeze 1 gold and one pink From what I have read , Ford in going to use the new orange antifreeze an all their new cars.

My 2011 uses the Motorcraft orange specialty coolant. It sometimes appears pink, this is what I think you need.

yea I guess the orange coolant looks pink in the translucent overflow tank. But that's o.k because i have a billet aluminum Canton tank on order and I wont see orange or pink coolant.

It's called "orange", but it comes out pink. Dumped 36oz when making room for my water wetter, pink.
