Looks great. Hang some gutters and the outside is done.

If you are going to finish the inside. Consider using siding, just like on the outside, inside. My shop is finished this way. So much more durable than drywall. If you are doing the work yourself....No Taping and sanding. Hang the siding with deck screws, they come in that color and you can unscrew panels to work on electric and such later. Who hasn't said "if I only put an outlet there before I dry walled".

I was thinking about doing that. 8’ of siding then 2’ of drywall above it.
