I have 0.0045" in my notes from when I built mine. My measuring equipment isn't that precise so I must have measured a few times and averaged it. It was less than I expecting based on the Ford manual stating "0.0110 MAX". I measured the stock thrust bearings and they measured the same as the new King XP bearings and since Ford doesn't list a minimum I just went with it. No issues 8k miles later.
