Many of you know I am retired from being an automotive " Horse Trader " ( er, Pony trader , ha) but I still help the folks at the old Dealership Group I worked at ( Woodhouse.com ). In particular I often send my TMO friends to Woodhouse Ford of Omaha and many of you have gotten vehicles from there ( Broncos, Vans, and of course Mustangs ). This Dealership also helps with the Sponsorship of the Fast Fords and Mustang Roundup at Motorsport Park Hastings ( racemph.com ), so I do tend to send them my Trackrat friends. They have a Darkhorse with the hard to get handling package, through an unforeseen situation, and the Manager contacted me since we have been friends for 25 years! He has asked me to give TMO folks his cell number and email, so he knows a TMO member is contacting him. I would suggest you also let him know you are a member when you call, etc. Brett Miller is the Sales Mgr.'s name and his info is listed below;

Hope this helps one of you!!

Other than the A10, that car is optioned out almost exactly like my DH. It is a very capable dual purpose car, very comfy on the street with excellent track manners. My only wish is that it was a bit more svelte, need to put it on a diet.

Great car, and glad they are trying to get it into the hands of someone that will track it. But seeing that sticker price :eek: makes me extra glad that I got my hands on a Mach 1 with the HP.

I figure someone here might do the easy diet methods ( CF hood, rear seat delete ) , but like my Mach 1 and my GT 350 in the past it seems these Ponies do hit hard pound for pound. I would agree we would all like them all more svelte , but there have been some folks doing quite well with the Handling Package and the A10 autocrossing, so just putting that out there. I am only posting here as Brett has helped alot of TMO folks so figured I would drop a post here. Not sure what he will do , but good color and fortunately is does have the track oriented stuff.

Best thing is if folks can not get ahold of me ( so I can tell Brett you are a friend of mine ) many of you can keep this info to contact him in the future. Just tell him you know me from Track Mustangs Online , don't abbreviate and say TMO, as they may not register. All the Woodhouse Ford Stores have helped at times, over the years, to sponsor the Mustang Roundup , but Brett does every year and I appreciate that. Heh, it gives me an excuse to go hang out with you Wacky Pony Riders and tell stories about how I used to be a fast jockey, haha!

I think you should buy it and rejoin the Mustang world! 🤣

After owning 8 Mustangs and over 20+ Fords you can't ever really leave a past love affair. May be moving in 2025 so adding another machine to my garage is out of the question for awhile, but I never say never. I have to admit the Spec Mustang Class for SCCA autocrossing has me intrigued.

I am sure Brett will treat a TMO member quite fairly on the Darkhorse.
