So I'm taking the car in to get some damage repaired. Just minor scratches to the back bumper and I'm also going to have them replace the factory splitter because it has some damage to it. While the bumper covers are off I am going to have them install the ford racing tow hooks front and rear. Is there anything else I should take advantage of while the car is at the body shop? I'm thinking of having them put another vinyl wrap on the front like I had before but not sure if I want it again.

Have you considered Steves tow hooks?

No cutting at the front and hidden behind the rear license plate for the rear.

I thought about doing Steve's but they are a lot more expensive than Ford Racing and since the cover will be off the body shop can just have them welded in. I'm not worried about them cutting the bumper cover since it's the body shop doing all the work anyway. Any more ideas please send them my way.

Agreed. Unless you will want to convert the car back to stock. Bumper cover and paint for bumper cover will be $300.00 to $500.00.

Only tow hook I see from Ford Racing says it's for a 2013 Mustang/Boss? Will these also work for the 12's?
