e85 feedback?

I've been considering going with e85 (AED tune). It is available in my area. I know it's great on F/I cars; just curious on results for N/A?

I would do the ID1000's.

I've been running an E85 AED tune on my car for over a year now with no issues. The power gains are small (10-15 hp and tq) on N/A cars but I think the switch is worth it. E85 burns cooler, has a higher octane rating, and protects against detonation better than 91/93. It's like pump race gas The only con is gas mileage suffers.

No need to get the ID1000s. Ford racing 47s will be more than sufficient for an N/A car on E85.

Thanks. I was thinking about the ID1000 because there is a good possibility of going F/I in the future.
