Friends Greg Obadia and David Jacobs of Elgin Racing, along with Todd Lamb win the 13 hour race at VIR this year! This is a great group of guys who race regularly at Summit Point, the track I manage, and all through the Eastern US in a 2013 Boss 302R serial #13. They won last year in SM5 and went back this season to repeat, but this time in the awesome Boss 302R race car.

They have spent many hours testing and tuning at Summit Point, and have used this forum as a resource for information on how best to set up their winning car. Here is their press release:

Way to go guys!

Thanks guys, I use this forum all the time. Time for disassembly, cleanup and the improvement. Winning both the the 12 hour in NJ and the 13 at VIR in 2014 won't be easy to repeat in '15.

Congratulations on a great win! Not many people know how much planning and preparation goes into winning let a lone running in a 12+ hour race. Hopefully you are as proud of the win as we are!
