OK, found the Engineering Test mode on the 2013 Boss display and recorded it for fun. The procedure for entering this mode is as follows:

1. Press and hold the "OK" button on the steering wheel
2. Insert the key in the ignition and turn to the "ON" position while continuing to hold the "OK: button
3. Continue to hold the button until you see the message "Engineering Test Mode in the center display
4. Release the "OK" button
5. The first test run is the gauges test which swings all of the gauges to their highest reading
6. Press and release the "OK" button and the next test will run
7. To advance to the next test, press and release the "OK" button.
8. Once you reach the gauges test, you have run all that are available.
