Why the Mazda rotor sitting next to your front wheel???
I built a hand full of these as Rotary Powered Stockcars.
This one pictured below went to Texas.
Some got Datsuns, Toyotas, a VW Sirocco motor turned straight with a traditional transmission went to Washington and the same design but bigger tubing cars were built with V8's.

Time to get that bad boy back on track! Are you going to join us at Sonoma on August 25th?
It's getting close, my to do list is getting very short.
I'm afraid I will not be attending the Sonoma event again this year. :(

Just in case you wanted to know what a $1000.00 fuel pump looked like....

Thanks!
I still love the shiny stuff (a hold over from my show car days) so I can't help but polish parts, even after I say that I wont.
I figure it doesn't hurt to look good as long as it still works good, right?

Wait! I didn't get the memo, apparently. So we all know that cars from the "other side of the international dateline" will go a lot faster if you chrome or polish the parts, or better still, put stickers on them. Everyone knows that. But I thought that if you chromed, polished or put stickers on cars from this side of the international dateline, it actually slows them down. What gives? The car looks fantastic, but hey, there could be a downside.
