Slow in - fast out. You need to send in your revised brake budget proposal to HR - next race in less than 3 weeks. Sonoma is easier on brakes so you may want to run those rotors one more time - NOT!
New rotors arrived ($1250!) And I'm sending them out to be cyrogenically frozen....supposed to double the life.
Lets see if it does. Richard is en-route to drop them off as I type. Stay tuned.

It hasn't worked for Ted Williams yet, but it may work for you. I'll be interested to see how that turns out. I may even check with my NASCAR boys to see what they have to say about that.
Well $1250.00 for two races is cost prohibitive for me....we'll just have to go without any brakes.

Ted is, in fact, still dead. As for the rotors, I haven't run any autocrosses since I'm still breaking in my new motor, so I haven't had an opportunity to ask the NASCAR guys about the freezing advantages. Since the rotors are always new at the beginning of each race for the NASCAR boys, I don't think they are sweating rotor life. They do use traditional steel rotors with 6P calipers up front and 4P calipers in the rear, so the possibility of gleaning some useful knowledge is there.
