The guy working the dyno thought my trans was a sequential and ground the gears severely trying to shift without the clutch. Check the thread above for details. It died a painful death. The whole race I could not get the car in gear….watch my in car video of the Sunday race for details. I literally coasted across the finish line because I couldn’t get the car in gear.
He just thought the clutch pedal was for start only? That is an expensive mistake.

I could see myself making that mistake during One Shift. To continue suggests a special thought process.

Its a good shot but its the on ramp....not exactly a racing shot.
There are some good shots of us on track I haven't gotten around to posting yet.
Don't wanna photo dump all at once.

Haha. Touche.

I am ahead in that picture and I am sticking to that story. LOL
Its all good.....we had fun. Wish we got to race a little bit more.
Between your problems and my problems we weren't on the same section of track much.
At least you got to lead for a while while I was trying to find a gear.

Exactly. I screwed that up in the big race. We mighta been down to the wire for some fun action. It's all good and was good fun.

Next time....
Have you seen my in car video?
I was stuck in neutral for a long damn time there, I watched you go by and then got passed by probably 10 more cars before I could get it in gear and then had to start passing them all over again...it was super frustrating.

It did that through the whole race....so frustrating.

Yeah I saw it. I was trying to manage 300 degree oil with part of my cooling system left on the rocks by the corkscrew LOL.

We were both wounded and that's why I think there's a chance we could have possibly had some close action at the end there. We'll never know.
