here is the video for those that haven't seen it...can't believe I missed it the first time I read the article.

I want a Jacket like the driver has on.

In a word: WOW. My initial concern in owning one is whether it is just a heavy HP ride and handling was secondary. Having done about 10 years of SCCA road racing that was key. Guess not....
Would be interesting to see if they set up any track segment timers to see the comparison. E.G- the Boss enters and exits Turn 1 in x seconds vs. the M3.
Time to add more cars to the list whether Boss wins it or not: 911, Z06??

How about beating an R8 Quattro and the GT-R? Or maybe within .01 sec of the Audi R8 V10 for 1/4 the price!!!! ;D

I received a free sub to Motor Trend and the May 2011 issue just arrived with a YB Boss 302 on the cover. There's a really interesting analysis of the Boss, GT500, and Audi R8 going around the track at Laguna Seca. They stated the Boss maintains faster mid corner speed through most of the track. Check it out.

I am betting that was with TracKey unfortunately.... Is that the article where the drivers stated they stayed in 3rd gear through all the corners?

I'm not so sure. MT did their tests separate from the Boss Media event. I don't remember reading anyone using third gear in turn 11.
That would be great if it wasn't with TracKey. I wonder how we could find out :p
