Just saw Flowmaster has a catback that connects to the side pipes. Does anyone know anything else about it.

Yes on the crossover.
My Boss sounds plenty good with the side exhaust baffles removed.
Don't see the advantage to the Flowmaster except louder.

Go for it, then post a sound clip for us. If I was going aftermarket, it would be a nascar style dual on one side dump ;D

I have been running the Flowmaster Cat backs for many months now. They were an easy install and sound great, as long as you like loud ;D
Of course I trun them with open side pipes. Those discs came out about the 2nd day I owned the car.

I thought the cat back just came out, with the x and the connections for the side pipes.

To clarify - I am only running the cat back mufflers, not the whole replacement pipe assembly. Sorry for not being clear.
