Any recommendations for fluids for track duty. I am interested in tranny, diff, and engine oil. Also can anyone give me the weights and capacity for each or point me to a link or pdf that has all the technichal info for fluids and their respective capacities and weights, brands, etc? That way I can just print it off and keep it in my records. Thank you very much!

The Boss 302 Owner's Manual Supplement has all that and more. It is available online if you haven't picked up your car yet.

The only fluid ford recommends changing is the brake fluid.

If you ask 100 different people about motor oil you will get 90 different answers. I am one of the 10 that will say stick with the manufactures recommend oil. They tested it and they warranty by it. I will stay with the Motorcraft 5-50 but would also consider the Mobil 1 5-50 if I had to. On the diff I would use and good synthetic of the proper weight. Trans is a bit more difficult as Ford does not even know what to use, if your car shifts OK leave it alone.
