Ford Performance Transmission Scoop

I'll have an update on this tomorrow.

Here's the scoop on the Scoop.

FP has not test fit the scoop to a GT350 but will do so at our request to see if it fits. They won't be able to provide any data on how effective it is though.

The bigger news is FP is working on a remote trans cooler kit using some of the parts off of the R and TP GT350's. This is still a couple of months out so look for news on this by early Spring if not sooner.

OHHHH YEAHHH, that's sweet. Given the different transmission casings, I gave up hope on adding a trans cooler, but now you sparked it back up.

With that, it appears that if you want Tech and Track (given that Rs are a whole other ball of wax to obtain), going Tech and then adding the coolers and rear wing is the way to go.

More scoop on the Scoop. The scoop will not work as a direct bolt on. The scoop would need to be 'trimmed' and some mounting holes would need to be added in the closeout panel under the car. FP continues to work on a bolt on transmission oil cooler using some of the R oil cooler production parts. If you're familiar with the Boss trans scoop you can see some of the challenges by looking at the underside of the GT350.
