Ford Racing Tune & Pro Cal question

Hoping one of the guru's on this site has the easy answer for my question...
I purchased the Ford Racing tune & Pro Cal for my 2011 Roush Stage 2.
The tune was swapped back to stock before I traded it to a dealer in 2013 with hopes of reuniting it with the cars new owner along with some other useful extras I had accumulated.
Fast forward to today....I still have the ProCal and other tid bits.
I happened to be talking to an owner of an identical 2011 stage 2 Roush today.
Rather than have the tune/Pro cal sit and collect dust, I was considering passing it along to him.
The question is, can the Pro Cal be used on a different car if its the same MY?
