Front tire size

You should be fine. TMO member YoPauly runs that size tire on his Boss track wheels but I believe he uses a 5mm spacer up front.

Will a 295/30ZR18 tire fit on the front of my 2014 GT with Koni Yellows without rubbing? I'm also lowered about an inch in the front. Thanks

Depends on the combination of wheel width and offset. For example, I've been running Hoosier R7 tires in the same 295/30-18 size you describe, square setup, with stock front struts and Steeda 'Boss' springs (approx. 1/4" lower than stock).

On a 18x10 +52 offset Forgestar F14 wheel they fit up front with plenty of strut clearance, no spacers needed. Same tire on a 18x10.5 +45 offset Jongbloed S700 wheel, I have to run a 1/2 spacer up front to clear the struts.

Those wheels are perfect, you can rotate to all 4 corners with no spacer and can run up to a 305. I have used NT01's in 305 up front, and Continental and Pirelli slicks in 305 up front too. I would say a 295 is the perfect size for a 10" wheel for most tires. I say most because not every tire is the same size just because it says 295, every manufacturer is slightly different.
