Fuel System

I have posted a couple of threads regarding my upgrade to a pro charger in the near future. One thing that I don't know anything about is the fuel system. With the added boost that I'm going to be adding is it necessary to upgrade the fuel system? if so to what system would be recommended.

I would check with the vendor if they require a fuel system upgrade, or if they sell something direct (like Kenne Bell's "Boost-A-Pump".

What year/engine are we talking about here?
If it's S197 or newer, Radium has some very solid drop-in multi-pump solutions for the factory tanks. They aren't cheap but they are well-respected.
You may also need larger injectors, if not included in your blower kit; suggest FRPP or Injector Dynamics there.

Have you considered a Roush Supercharger , because the major benefit there is it is designed for the 5.0 and if installed by a Ford Dealer ( often if you get it from some Dealers knowing they will also install it , you might get a break ) you get a warranty. Just a solid option if you want a bit more protection?
