Seriously, though, I'm flat footed and need to stretch the lateral gastrocnemius regularly anyway. Certainly helps with my style of rolling the foot over and bending the ankle laterally more than just flexing it.

By the way, since we are off the subject , how did you get the nickname of the Mad Hatter? Heh, this is really not that personal, since I had the distinction of being the Mad Hatter in my famous 6th Grade Acting debut!

Actually its because I like to wear a big ass hat at the track.... And most people say I'm a little mad so.....

My previous nickname was Splatter.... but I did not think it was track appropriate!!
